Our food at Smoking Rose is inspired by the timeless tradition of cooking meat and vegetables with fire. Our own culinary cowboy is an award winning barbecue pitmaster and food writer, who learned to cook throughout his youth while at home in the State of Louisiana. Using only windfall wood from Rosehill Farm (Oak & Ash) to smoke & grill our premium quality local lamb, beef, pork & fish – as well as fresh local produce - we take pride in cooking slow & low, delivering an experience you can only find here on the farm.
