The Coach House is a Grade II Listed building lovingly restored to provide a unique holiday atmosphere with access from the open plan living space to an enclosed garden, hot tub, architectural ceilings, an impressive master bedroom (super-King) with ensuite. The farm sits on the banks of the magical river Teifi directly opposite the Wildlife Park, with Cardigan and the beaches 1.5 miles away. Accommodates families, couples, bigger groups (other cottages available) solo adventurers and pets.

The space
Historic, its the original Coach House (carriage and horses) to the main house here at the Farm. To maximise the original features its an upside down house i.e. the bedrooms are downstairs. Extremely light, attractive, open plan living space in an old historic building with direct access from the kitchen out to the bbq and garden area - includes free access to fibre optic wifi

Other things to note
Dogs are welcome although I have to restrict this to a maximum of two and I have to charge -

£40 for all pets under 10KG
£60 for over 10KG
paid upon arrival

There is unrestricted access to the river from the property therefore water sports are available in abundance and fishing is included with the price. Please note no child unattended by the river

Also mobile phone coverage is very good at the property therefore hot spotting your phone data with your laptops or tablets is convenient

Dog Haven
We are over the moon to host you, your guests and your dog at Rosehill. Here we have an abundance of land with great dog walks directly from your cottage. Further afield there are dog-friendly pubs, beaches, restaurants and cafes to name a phew. Your cottage also includes an enclosed garden.
